I've always thought he was good looking but not super hot. Recently, I watched HBO's The Normal Heart. Groff has several bathing suit scenes. He was smoking in those. Combine that with his sweet personality and Groff just became super hot to me!

He's good looking, but he looks really haggard for his age.
