Damn, she can't act, maybe she could act in a kids show, where you need to outline emotions to no end, but she can't act in an adult setting.
She can only play unrealistic characters like kimmy schimt *beep* lol wtf was that.

Hmm, I totally disagree with you. She started off kinda weird, it was around the time when Michael quit, and Charles Miner came into the picture, lol.
But it was soon noticeable that she was actually funny. She's so clueless, yet a sweetheart...and can also be hardcore at times. Her and Andy had awesome chemistry. I actually think she's a good actress too. Nothing ever seems forced. Some of the funniest quotes are with her as well, imo. Have you seen every season, or are you where she just joins the cast? It takes a few episodes for her to form her character.
Of course everyone has their own opinion, but I just don't see how you can call her a bad actress. She's not fantastic, but shes far from bad.

I thought the exact opposite, when the office was really starting to go down hill, I thought Erin was the character who came in during I think it was season 6 or 7, and really lifted things up, ellie Kemper was great in that role.

So yeah, she was the worst part of the office. I just don't understand how she gets work, I could see her doing voice work for children's shows maybe, or just cameos.
Everything about her role/performance on the office was awful. She is not believable and mostly pointless. I can't stand her.
