Cameo in 'Party Monster' ??

From the movie "Party Monster"...

Wasn't he the blonde boy that worked at the McDonald's, and Macaulay Culkin's character, Michael Alig, hit on him while he was ordering 100s of hamburgers and fries?

It's not listed under his imdb credits, but it's also not a Role that was credited by Party Monster either.

If anyone knows, it would be cool to find out. He was pretty handsome with blonde hair.. if that was him.
