11-12 tattoo

I noticed that he has a tattoo with 11-12 written on it. I was wondering if he ever mentioned it in any interview or why he had it in first place? I know it must be related to The Prisoner but I wanted to know why he had it done.

Well I'm pretty sure that's his character. Not exactly sure, but I'm assuming. Since there's a ball and chain like a prisoner and 11-12, which is his character. hope this helps!
