What's with her name, Adelaide. Does it have a Nigerian origin or some other origin. Cos folks here in Nigeria have a name exactly like that. If it were to be a different origin then probably the pronunciation would be different. Anyone has an idea?

Adelaide's European and Australian, so hence why she has the looks, the name and more. The name "Adelaide" isn't really much used for English people but more for the Portuguese and Spanish, then again there's exceptions.
She was quite possibly named after the fifth-largest city of Australia, Adelaide. Other than that, once upon a time the Queen of England was named Adelaide (for whom the city is named).
