why is this guy being rewarded

Why is this guy being rewarded for bad behavior?...he was totally acting like a jerk on Ellen Degeneres last week..and now this. I dont understand why Hollywood is giving guys like this all the breaks. He gets to host the Critics Choice Awards. It used to be that guys like this didnt get these breaks. He should be an MC at a nudie bar..that it. I thought we had enough with Seth Rogen. Anyone else agree?
