Alicia is absolutely beautiful. Her eyes melt me everytime I see her in a movie. I was hoping we would get to see more of her in Bourne(more of her). She should have a successful, long acting career if she keeps doing great movies. A bombshell brunette. I can wish.

me and my other half went to Gothenburg last month for a week, One of my fav cities in Sweden been many times to Sweden for holidays since a kid in the 80's
We stayed at Liseberg Heden Hotel, Another thing that I like about people from France, Germany, Sweden, Holland, Denmark, Norway, speak really good English
Hadn't been for a few years but did obviously Liseberg theme park, Universeum, Volvo Museum, History Museum, Boat Tours, Museum of World Culture, The Gothenburg Botanical Gardens, Saw 2 events at Scandinavium, Haga, Nordstan + Frölunda torg shopping centres etc etc

Sorry to say, I haven't been in the UK yet, I love Italy a lot so during my last 14 holidays I have been there, but I hope to be able to travel around during some weeks within a year or two in the UK

Well come to the UK, Fly to London as that is quicker then getting a flight to other cities like Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, etc.......Takes 1 hour + 50 mins getting there and 1 hour + 30 mins getting back- I have been in a'lot of traffic for longer
Everytime that I come to Sweden, I always make sure I have a Max Burger........Last time I came to Sweden before September was to Malmo another nice city I like
I do find it funny when in Sweden you hear people talk and at the end of nearly every sentence say YA, Let me guess you started to learn English at 3 or 4 years old??
I think that many small kids are learning some English when playing games, and later on, when they can read by watching TV because we are most of the time using subtitles so we are always hearing the language and are picking up some words that not are in the subtitles, it's only dubbed for small children.
The kids are starting to learn English from 4th grade, sometimes earlier with some songs and easy storytelling.
I think it's only in Scandinavia and Holland that are using subtitles.
I'm often in Italy where many have very hard to speak English even if they have a degree from a University ( ! )
In most countries that are using dubbed movies have very hard to pronounce it in a decent way
Are we saying YA when we are speaking English or Swedish?
In Swedish, it's either ja or jäpp yes/it's OK, or a bad habit after watching too many Hollywood-movies (?)
We are studying British English, even if many tends to speak in a more American way.
It was many years ago that I was studying so my English is rather crappy when typing, but I used to fool some from the UK that I was Brittish and they believed me!
Some dialects in GB can be a little hard to understand, but I guess its the same in most countries, in Malmö some got a dialect close to Danish, and also up north they got some hard to understand dialects.
When I was a kid we were saying that they had porridge in their mouth when speaking "Skånska" in Malmö😆

Yea exactly you Swedes have been speaking really good English for decades, Italy is a mix some speak good English and some speak a little
I remember as a kid when going on holiday to Germany and many cinemas some were dubbed in English and spoke in German or would be spoken in English throughout

Your English is good when typing my friend, So you must of put on a British accent when speaking in English then for them to think you were British :-]

I'm not visiting Liseberg that often as I did when I was a teenager, only when there are good artists performing, I have seen Bryan Ferry and also Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band playing there ( ! )
All musicians are performing live more often now because it's hard to sell cd's, but they were playing in an amusement park, perhaps a little bit odd?

I made a fansite for Robyn's fans when her old label closed down her website 2004 because she started her own label so I've met her a few times, she was glad that I did it, but it was mainly because I did not like how her old label was treating her, I still got her phone number 
She has also been playing on Liseberg's stage
I have only visited Liseberg one time this summer with friends that not are in Gothenburg so often

Oh cool so you seen quite a few people at Liseburg, What you mean you weren't a big audience then? So this must of been the 60's when you saw him!
Yea I know you don't have to sell nowhere near as many singles or albums to get in the top 40 in any country anymore such a shame
Of course I know lots of about Swedish music as been coming to Sweden since a kid in the 80's so bands like Ratatat who were really well known in Sweden but not anywhere else so always used to see and hear their stuff on radio/music video's and Pet shop boys mentioned them as well etc but obviously other bands like Europe, Roxette etc who had hits all over the world.....The band Dance Trance did have hits outside their native Sweden in Holland and Denmark :-]
That is good about Robyn so you known her a very long time now, I also mean't when did you last go to Liseberg theme park on the rides
