Chin implants. Those things are disgusting. I thought I was the only one who noticed her long chin in Just Go With It. I thought she was a patient too.

what makes it really ridiculous is that they all seem to be going for the same look: the bird beak narrow/pointy nose, insanely high cheekbones, upper lip deadened by botox or puffed with collagen. Blah.

So many were gorgeous already but someone mentions another actor's nose, cheekbones, and POOF!

Too many beauties ruining themselves.
