Seriously, it looks like there's something wrong with him. Almost like he didn't get enough oxygen to his brain when he was a fetus. Does anyone know what happened to him? Is it just DNA? This is probably what happens when cousins have sex.

He has come a long way and accomplished a lot for all his challenges. It is 2016 now and we don't need judgmental aholes resorting to name calling and bullying.
