From the very first episode of Blacklist i thought he was a really nice lookin' guy, and a talentet actor. Atleast in the character of Tom Keene.
But am i wrong here when i say that he looks a whole lot better when he wore his glasses? I think so, and i've never experienced this feeling before. That someone looks a lot better in glasses.
What do you guys think?

His eyes are already big. He doesn't need large, thick glasses.
I am not sure if it was the glasses or the character he was playing, but I found him to be far sexier as Tom Keen, teacher and husband.

Personally, I remember the first time seeing him without and thought WOW.
I know body language is important for an Actor, but eyes are even more so because of all the close up shots. That's where we look first. At least I do.
