Needs to broaden his roles

He is one of the better actors on The 100 (admittedly there are some really bad ones on that show) but he needs to be looking for other roles outside of that show.

Other actors do it and even if it's small, independent stuff, it will develop his career, get his name out there more and show what he can do.

I agree, would love to see him in other roles. Hope the 100 gives him a decent storyline in s03, Bellamy is my fav character on the series.

Definitely needs to start doing some other roles. The 100 is only a short season compared to most US shows, so that should leave plenty of time to do other stuff yet according to his role listing on the board, he hasn't done anything else recently.

The acting isn't that great in The 100 and some of the story lines are a bit ridiculous, at least in the last season (the Clarke worship by everyone is season 2 was awful and detrimental to all other character development), yet he manages to make Bellamy a sympathetic and mostly likeable character, even when doing horrible things.

Agree that independent films or TV shows would be the way to go, not the big shows, as there is more chance that he'll get a decent role in something smaller.

Even if he did some 'guest' appearances on other shows for an episode or two that would help.

I think the acting by the core cast of The 100 is really good, especially for a CW show. There are a few extra and minor characters that could probably be better, but the major cast is well above average, in my opinion.

As for Bob taking other roles... I'd love that too... not because I want him to be famous, but because I'd love to see him in other stuff. But I'd say he should only do it as long as he's not burning himself out. Even "work" like acting can start to feel like a chore if you don't take breaks.
