The CW or another network needs to cast her as the lead in a series. She is so beautiful and talented. She has just been killing in her role on TVD. She is honestly my favorite part of the show. I just love watching her. She somehow gets better each week. Claire is obviously destined for great things, so if some network executive does not snatch her up soon she will be lost to the world of film.

shareI agree with you 100% on everything you said! Claire Holt is amazing on TVD! She actually is the reason why S3 is my favorite thus far! I also think that she MUST be cast in a lead role in one of the new pilots lined up for this fall season! The CW has picked up an interesting pilot called "The Selection" which centers around a young girl, who enters a competiton set 300 years in the future, in order to become the next queen... The pilot sounds a lot like the upcoming movie "The Hunger Games" and it is based upon a novel which hasn´t been released yet! With all the pilots The CW has ordered, I think that "The Selection" is the most intruiging! I could totally see Claire as the lead!
Also, ABC has ordered a pilot for "Beauty and the Beast" and they still need to cast the female lead, Grace a princess, which Claire could also consider doing!
She REALLY needs her own TV-show! I havn´t heard of Claire before she appeared on TVD but when I looked her up, I noticed that she was on "H2O" together with Phoebe Tonkin, who is starring in her first U.S. TV-show "The Secret Circle"! I love Rebekah and I really wish that she´ll stick around for S4 but I think that it would be much cooler if Claire carries her on show...
Anyways, I am crossing my fingers and I am keeping my eye on any new casting anounncements!
UPDATE: The lead for "The Selection" has been cast and it sadly isn´t Claire
Meh, we don't need her to be sidetracked with her own show.. We just need for her to have lots of screen time on TVD! She's amazing on it and I LOVE her playing that role! Hot doesn't even begin to describe her as Rebekah.
share Claire has been the best actress on the show She's a good actress, but Candice Accola can keep up with her.
and Rebekah is easily the best TVD Character! Hmm, TVD and good characters ? Not really a strength of that show. Usually its always action, action, action. But yeah, I think most recently Rebekah got some serious character development.

I was really happy to hear she will be joining The Originals. Potentially, or hopefully, her role will be bigger on The Originals. She could get some bigger and more important story-lines on TO.
