I Googled "annoying nerdy asian actress"

And the top 2 results were her. A couple other results lower down on the first page contained references to her also.

I was watching Good Girls and she showed up. I'd seen her in other things before but I forgot her name. Or likely never knew it to begin with, and instead of checking the cast list I took a chance, not expecting Google to be helpful.
Usually I'll have a vague memory of something and type in a few keywords or phrases and have none of the results on the first bunch of pages be what I'm looking for.

So she's not the asian girl from "Gilmore Girls" who played Alexis Bledel's annoying nerdy Asian friend I take it?

reply

Keiko Agena? If that's who you're talking about. My mom used to watch that show and I paid attention to the credits for some reason.

How reliable is Google? The next hit searching for "annoying nerdy asian actress" is - Olivia Munn!? No idea, what the stupid search algorithm does...

reply

Munn is both annoying and asian....just not nerdy or an actress

I see her face pop up on TV shows, interviews, but not movies. She doesn't leave any particular impression but it feels like her handlers are good at getting her cast.
