How to look like her? Workout plan etc..


I want to lose weight, and the body I want to acheive is hers, do you guys know any of her workout plans and stuff?

She's at the gym every day, I hear she does jogging, pilates and some resistance training.

You can't change your body to someone elses... But nutrition is the most important thing when losing weight. Working out is great but 90% of weight loss is based on what you eat and how much.

true pure weight is based on eating... but if you want to be fit/toned you have to workout..

That's not really true in order to lose weight you have to have a calorie deficit between what you use and what you take in. It's easier to have control over what you take in, and that might be the quickest way but that doesn't mean it's the only way.

Doing what exactly at the "gym"?

Talking to her friends?

Her body isn't exactly muscular noir toned.

She's just slim, and that's achieved by scaling your calories, everything else is genetics.

You have to work with what you're given.
