Razzie Nominee for Worst Actress (Mother!)

Mother! also nominated for Worst Actor (Bardem) and Worst Director (Aronofsky).

Seems odd that the movie itself didn't earn a Worst Picture nomination. I would have done that before "honoring" the actors individually.

It cracks me up that Tyler Perry is also nominated for worst actress lol

I haven't seen the other movies on that list but I was one of the seemingly few who actually liked Mother.

Whatever one may think of the film (which I appreciated), I don't think that she (or Bardem) deserve this insult for their performances.

I agree....this film definitely isn't for everyone but it's hard to fault their performances in my opinion.

This is just the Razzies trying to get attention. No one in their right mind thought Lawrence's performance in this film, or Arronofsky's direction, were deserving of such an insult.

It's absurd to nominate her for that... Clearly they don't like her as a person...

Most people who say she’s a bad actress say that only because they don’t like her as a person. I doubt they actually believe she’s a bad actress.
