What happened to her movie career?

She has no movies listed as in production and only the still unreleased Nurse 3D as a movie coming soon. No TV work either. The most recent project I saw her involved in was the Ocean Pacific print ad campaign with Kellan Lutz but that probably took a day to shoot. I also know she got married recently but didn't have anything really before that.
