it's a real shame she has to be in tacky AT&T commercials

I say it's a shame and I say that they are tacky because they are commercials and are inherently tacky and annoying. and commercials are beneath her talent level and worth as an actress and as an extremely beautiful woman and an extremely sexy woman.

People have to pay the bills. Until actors achieve enough success, they cannot be too picky with whatever roles come their way. That's the harsh reality of being an actor. I have personally known a few actors as well as friends/co-workers that had family members who were actors - not an easy life at all. Kiwi actress, Rose McIver who is currently achieving success as the star of CW's iZombie once played a freakin' Power Ranger! Talk about embarrassing!

The AT&T commercials are silly, but they are memorable and get lots of airtime, giving her lots of exposure. People may not know her name, but they probably recognize her face. I hope she eventually gets a starring/co-starring role in a major film or network TV series.

Amy Jo Johnson and Cerina Vincent both played Power Rangers. and they both later on got starring roles in network tv series, Amy Jo Johnson, Felicity and in major Hollywood movies, Cerina Vincent, Not Another Teen Movie.

it's good that Milana Vayntrub(geez could she of picked a more obscure, difficult to remember, and difficult to spell, and think of last name? that was not a smart choice for a stage name)is getting recognition but my gosh she's annoying in those AT&T commercials!

That's not a stage name. It's her real birth name. Ethnic sounding names seem to be in nowadays. Emily Ratajkowski comes to mind. Yvonne Strahovski, Milla Jovovich, Mila Kunis, and Olga Kurylenko too.

it IS a stage name rather or not if it's her real name. if she uses it as an actor then it's her STAGE NAME because it's the name she uses as an actor. and it's the name all of her audience members know her by.

Those commercials increased her fame a thousand fold. And a series of national ads pays exceptional well.

In the kingdom of the blind, you're the village idiot.

reply

Yeah... that's not what a stage name is. A stage name, by definition, HAS to be a pseudonym. Charlie Sheen, for example, IS a stage name. Milana Vayntrub is not.

reply

yeah a stage name has to be a made up name for your career. but how am I supposed to refer to a person's name that they go by in their career when it's their real name? so, for the sake of convenience I called it stage name. so, can you give me a word or two words that define an actor's name that they go by in their movies that is also their real name?

reply

Yeah. It's called 'a name'.
