Okay, after Black Panther and Star Wars.. U need to make some moves

Seriously, has to pick up some speed and lead a movie after these next two movies franchise(s) segments are in the can.

Get Plan B Productions (Brad Pitt)on board properly or officially and make Americanah with a director of her choice (a breakout or up-coming Director)get a damn good screen writer and cinematographer locked in, and set projected date to shoot it.

She has produced a documentary before. She is one of the most intelligent actresses around, with solid academic background behind her, and should have taken in sooooo much on the big budget movies she has been involved in to date.

I am in NO doubt that she has been taking loads of relevant information, and resources for a her solo project.

She is 33, and the window for a female actress slips away easily and before you you know it, she is the other side of 35 pushing 40, and all of sudden the juicy opportunities that her name recognition, and academy award bring to her, are going to the next new face, who has just broken out.

"make hay while the sun shines" It doesn't always shine for long, no matter how talented a person.

I agree. She needs to start earning that Oscar that was "given" to her 3 years ago. All she does is pose on magazine covers. I mean is she a real actor or a full time model?

Since she's a dark skinned Black actress, with attractive features, the roles may not be as available.

The Hollywood system is also different for Black women. Black actress usually aren't taken seriously until they lose their youth and beauty. Which is probably why they allowed her a career in her early 30s.

So black women can't be young and beautiful? That's preposterous!
