Her quote says

Don Cheadle replaced Terrance Howard's role in Iron Man 2. Inside joke, not racist.

She refer to the fact that Terrence Howard was replaced by Don Cheadle in Iron Man 2, and she was afraid this would happen to her. If you saw any racism there, then you should questioned yourself.

Unfortunately this proves, unequivocally, that Don Cheadle is racist.

Hurts me to admit this since I am a huge fan.
