She is cute but her eyes seriously freak me out. They're just so big and doll-like.

She's definitely a living anime character. I think her eyes are probably normal sized, it's just her head is so tiny it produces the effect of huge round eyes.

Nah, her eyes are freakishly huge. Beaty enhancing or not is subjective.

Didn't notice till you mentioned it (about her eyes) but that's probably because I grew up mostly in an Italian family and lots of the women had big dark brown eyes.
