Good/Bad??

I have seen her in a few things now and I can't work it out! Currently she is on British TV in A to Z and Fargo. In the former she is useless, wooden and flat and in the latter unrecognizable and giving a wonderful performance! Maybe the writing and cast of Fargo are holding her up?
