I don't think it's just the baby. Women either get fat or their face and neck become more chiseled as they hit their 30s.
I prefer less chisel in her face but that's age and she's still the most gorgeous woman on the planet to me. (Her, Charlize Theron, Rose Ellen Dix, and Kate Beckinsdale).

For both men and women, with age, there is loss of subcutaneous fat and slight amount of muscle wasting in the face and neck. It is NOT just a woman thing. Men are allowed to age without facial fillers is the only difference. Her male costar in Legend of the Seeker has the same changes but you won't find these comments under his profile.
Weight gain can occur due to a slowing metabolism with age. Again, men can get fat too.
