Her "American" accent is so distracting to me sometimes. She cannot fake it to save her life.
She's been playing Americans for almost 3 years and the accent hasn't gotten any better. I hear her slip almost every time she speaks and it takes me out of the show for a moment.
Nothing against her. I like her as an actress, it's just a shame that she can't pull off a convincing American accent like most Australian actors can.

(So obviously she can fake an American accent for TV, and by extension she can probably do it to save her life too.)
I completely agree with the OP. She's very pretty and she would maybe be an okay actress, but the fact that she cannot do a good American accent at all makes her so distracting that I just have a hard time watching or enjoying her scenes on anything she's in.
Caulfield, I'm just a bit curious to know if you're from America? If you're not that could be why you don't notice her accent being off? Just curious; I hope you won't take offense by my question.
