I really thought he was Lorenzo Richelmy from Marco Polo...

Just saw The Physician (great movie by the way) and all that time I thought he was the same actor in Marco Polo, except today I realized that they are two different persons from two different countries.

Same here I saw tom Payne on the physician and his role on the walking dead. Started watching Marco polo and for the first 4 episodes was certain it was tom payne. Gosh they look alike
