Scar at base of neck/upper back

Came here to ask the same thing, why doesn't anyone know yet? Lol seems like everyone knows almost everything about all actors these days. Tried looking it up elsewhere too..nothing. Looks like a bad burn.

I cannot find the exact cause, however the scare looks to be an excision of some sort. Most likely a dermal cyst, lipoma or some lesion that needed a wide excision. This is just my opinion.
