Not only has he proved himself to be super talented- he's SUCH a nice guy! After "A Very Potter Sequel" he came out to mingle with the fans and he's a great person! I hope his career really takes off- he deserves it.

First of all, so jealous that you got to see AVPS live. I tried to get tickets to no avail. At least it's on youtube now :) He is so amazingly talented. It always makes me insanely happy for him when I see him on TV, even if it's only in pretty small roles. He's awesome (not to mention supermegafoxyawesomehot) and am sure it's only a matter of time before his career really takes off. I mean, he's already got a built-in fan base.

I met Darren at Infinitus 2010 and he is the nicest sweetest guy ever! I got to hug him! :) I know I'm a dork

I like reading back to posts from before Darren got Glee.
He certainly DID take off, didn't he?! He's the reason I started watching the show, and now I'm hooked. So proud

He's amazingly talented.. I had a 2½ hour drive to Copenhagen 2 days ago and I was listening to the Starkid albums, and I was thinking; He's written 32 of 46 starkid songs by himself (not including LWL) + his own songs, and there are so many genres! swing/jazz, balads, uptempo, country etc. His musical range is just incredible!
I'm absolutely thrilled that I'm gonna see him live in London in 6 days!

He really does deserve it! I never had the chance to meet him, but he seems like SUCH a wonderful guy. I'm so proud whenever I see him on TV as well. I hope he, and all of the Starkids for that matter, have great careers. They ALL deserve it!
