Something wrong with his lips?

In some eps of S5, his lips look swollen, but his lips are ok, that was likely some medication.

That's so cool, I also liked how Leighton Meester(fav Female Character) acted. I am not a fan of Blake lively now Reynolds lol, but overall Chace caught my eye, and I was glued to the TV :)
