Is she leaving Dr Who?

I was just in the main DW thread and someone posted (as part of an unrelated post) that Jenna had just quit. The poster is a hating troll, who will twist anything to their agenda, so I never believed them but decided to check it out myself, just in case. Turns out that even if the story is true, that that poster is still wrong. She hasn't quit but may be leaving. Possibly.

But Zap2It even writes it as the pure speculation that it is at the minute. It's just another piece from another anonymous 'source' until something can be verified. i.e. Jenna or Moffat announce it.
And seeing as the original article was in 'The Mirror' I'd hold off believing anything for the moment. They are well known to make things up or not check sources. They're not as bad as the Daily Mail, but they get close sometimes.
They can't even get the facts straight, which makes it even more suspicious. For example:
"By the time she leaves she will be one of the longest-standing companions ever."
What utter crap. Even taking just New Who into account, she's only been in 12 episodes so far, plus 12 for season 8, totalling 24. Billie had 38 episodes, Karen had 37, Arthur had 27, Freema had 21 and Catherine 17. At best she's 4th out of 6. If you take into account Classic Who (the 'ever' bit in the article) then all of the one's mentioned move further down. A companion lasted a lot longer in the past.
While there have been only 12 Doctors so far in the history of the long-running BBC sci-fi series, there are have dozens of companions, including Billie Piper, Alex Kingston and Karen Gillan, with most companions lasting no longer than one or two seasons.
There haven't been dozens in New Who, yet they only list New Who actresses. And if you count Classic Who again there are plenty of companions that lasted more than one or two seasons.

I hope this doesn't turn out to be true as I like Clara and I like Jenna. One more full season after the eighth would do me and then she could move on.
But I'll wait until I hear more concrete evidence, from reliable sources before jumping to any conclusions.

Jenna has signed up for at least one more season... Personally, I'm hoping she never leaves, as she has replaced Billie Piper and Karen Gillan as my favorite companion. She's also the hottest one the Doctor has EVER had!

The sooner she leaves, the better. Hopefully, the Mistress will kill her off in series nine.
