She's definitely not "likable like Scarlett," sine Johanson isn't the least bit likable.
She'd also have to downgrade her performances quite a few notches to be as bland of an onscreen presence as Johanson.
You've offered no basis for what makes her "cocky" or in any way a "knock off" of Scarlett Johanson.

In Three Days to Kill, Amber did play a cocky character and yes, people walked out of the theater confusing her for Scarlett Johansson. So there.
