Until I just saw Hacksaw Ridge.... I am happy to say how wrong I was.
What a performance from him! He was amazing, deserves to win the oscar.
Others have said the same. He was also nominated for a Tony for Best Actor in Death of a Salesman along side Philip S. Hoffman. Was GREAT in The Social Network, and 99 Homes.
He's done a lot of great things.
I hope he wins too.

I've seen social network but years ago.
I'd only really seen him in Spider-Man (which I did like him in) I just never knew he has this sort of performance in him.
Very glad to say I was wrong though, as his performance in HR was phenomenal.
Good for him, always seems a decent guy on interviews aswell, really hope he wins
Watch The Social Network; he has the best scene in the film. Plus, 99 Homes with Michael Shannon. Then there is Silence and Boy A for which he won a BAFTA for Best Actor. He is a great actor.
