Anyone able to confirm a roundabout area of where she lives?

A few months ago on a Sunday morning I was standing under an awning outside some apartments in West Hollywood to escape the sun, while my friend semi-stalked a tour bus parked across the street(waiting for his all-time favorite band to come out so he could ask for an autograph), when an Escalade rolls up and a hungover looking chick with (if i remember correctly) a lapdog in hand pops out and hunchedly makes her towards us to get to the door (She looked a lot shorter than I pictured her haha, but still was pretty even while hungover and exhausted).

As I moved aside, a glimmer of recognition hit me and the name Sierra popped into my head and I struggled to remember her real name; but me being me I'm too polite to talk to her beyond a smile and nod, because she looks pretty hungover,(and really it sucks when people try talk to when your hungover and tired) and I thought it especially rude if I didn't know her real name.

So can anyone confirm? In the 20+ years I've lived in the LA area, was she the first Actor I've ever recognized in the day to day (If so, I'm amazed it's taken this long given the proximity I live from a lot of them) or was she just an eerie look-alike?



P.S. I hope it's common sense to respect their privacy and not give an exact address, I just want to know, as I stated above, if it was really her I saw.
