she looks skinny and haggarded recently. She always have a cute youthful full face like when she was in trueblood and 90210 but now she looks skinny ans dry. Whats up with her?

Majority on actors are on drugs, some part of their life.
She looks like Keira Knightly to me.

Agreed, she looks 10 years older as if she just turned 40 instead of 30.
