Lego Batman 3 Arrow DLC question

Hi there. I purchased the Arrow and Dark Knight Rises DLC for Lego Batman 3 on the ps4. My question is, do I have to be online to play them? I don't have internet is why I ask. I bought the dang game for those 2 things, only to find out I had to download them. Haha
