That wasn't bullying in any form.

That wasn't cyber bullying?

"Cyberbullying is defined in legal glossaries as actions that use information and communication technologies to support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior by an individual or group, that is intended to harm another or others.
use of communication technologies for the intention of harming another person
use of internet service and mobile technologies such as web pages and discussion groups as well as instant messaging or SMS text messaging with the intention of harming another person.
Examples of what constitutes cyberbullying include communications that seek to intimidate, control, manipulate, put down, falsely discredit, or humiliate the recipient. The actions are deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior intended to harm another. Cyberbullying has been defined by The National Crime Prevention Council: “When the Internet, cell phones or other devices are used to send or post text or images intended to hurt or embarrass another person.

Sure he wasn't using hostile behavior but he was trying to humiliate whomever he posted about. Stephen just cyberbullied in his posts on twitter and on facebook.

Seriously you had my post deleted because my opinion differed from yours. Talk about bullying.

I wasn't responding to you, so no I'm not automatically accusing you of anything.

And yes the emoticon was a response/reply, but apparently someone didn't like it so they reported it. That is bullying.

You want bullying go look at the trolls trying to take over Richard Armitage's IMDb board. That is bullying.

You don't offend me and your certainly entitled to your opinion, but don't get upset when people disagree with you. You see I'm entitled to my opinion too even if it doesn't agree with yours. And how is disagreeing with someone bullying? If that's what you consider bullying then IMDb is the wrong place for you. It's one of the most contentious places on the internet. Your choice to stay of course. I wouldn't want to be accused of bullying you off IMDb.

I'm a recent fan of Stephen's nothing more, nothing less. And what in the world does writing fanfic have to do with the discussion?
