I had not noticed in earlier episodes, mainly because there are other poor performances, but by this episode the poorness of her acting screams at us, really stands out now to be counted. When I say bad, I mean VERY poor acting.

shareYou need to be more specific than just some random comment. I see her as timid, to get away with being an "operative." I see her as nervous, when she thinks someone is on to her. I think her acting is fantastic and truly believable. JMO though!

She really is an extremely atrocious actress. The excuse that she's 'timid' is ridiculous. The woman simply can't emote to save her life. She ruins a great show and I want to FF any scene she's in, and don't even get me started on how many times we're forced to listen to her abysmal singing. Please, please kill her off.

shareBut they can't hire a bright, shiny, truly talented actress (let alone one whose singing timbre transcends that of an empty toilet-paper roll), because that would go against the show's over-arching goal: to make Perfect Tommy look as perfectly perfect as perfectly possible. They're kind of in a bind, aren't they: Perfect Tommy deserves the most perfectly perfect meat-- err, mate-- known to man (but not woman, natch, those silly imperfect critters!), but a perfectly perfect mate might make his perfect perfectionism seem less perfectly perfect by comparison (i.e., no one shares the spotlight with Tommy, dammit!)-- and we can't have that, now, can we...?
