I think she has the same smile and mouth as Victoria Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio. It's kinda weird. But they're both stunning so I guess that makes sense.

eww im sorry she does not look like Mia. But yeah, i was watching the first episode of switched at birth and thought she look a lot like Rachel.
