Love her in Odd Thomas. She has a great career ahead.

Was so impressed I looked her up.

Easily the most shallow, wooden performance that I have ever seen. She needs to learn how to deliver lines.

I agree shannahm. I thought she was great.

reply

Οmg yes, i totally agree. She is really bad at delivering lines, her performances are awkward

reply

I thought she was awesome! Her character called for her to be "shallow and wooden" just like the rest of the characters. Besides, she is freakin' hot!!!!

reply

I didn't think she was bad in any way but the dialogue she was given was very wooden and overly-stylized.

Just saw odd Thomas and I also LOVED her, saw her earlier this year in That awkward Moment as well where she was so very pretty.

Oh, GOD, OP, please tell me you're kidding. I've never seen a more dismal performance from any actor, ever. She's beautiful, not disputing that, but every time she opened her mouth I wanted to hit mute. A pretty face, but she's kinda dead behind the eyes, and has poor acting skills.

You are correct there oldpunk. The dialogue was very arch as befit the film noir, hard-boiled atmosphere the movie tried to cultivate. The issue was not with Addison's performance, which was excellent and apt for the material.
