Her face: does she have bell's palsy?

Is her face just like that or did something happen? Whatever it is she definitely makes it work she always seems to have a sexy and slightly kinky looking grin on her face.

My guess would be bell's palsy down one side of her face, it's certainly a unique look and by the topics on this board it's abit like marmite you either hate it or love it.
