I've seen her in shows and movies and I always thought she was filipino or chinese and then I looked at more pics of her and noticed she is somewhat darker but not that dark. I know Puerto rican isnt a race so I wonder if she's technically black and asian? She looks like a normal filipino or thai woman that is mixed with black.

Puerto Ricans are generally a mixture of European, Indigenous and African. Depending on the person the degrees of the mix may vary.
Why don't you come off of your self-righteous high horse? It's okay to be curious about somebody's race.

shareFilipinos, particularly the ones who get media are mostly mixed and not as purely Pinoy you see in the general public. It's similar to how lighter-complected, more European-looking performers in Latin America get higher profile status.
