People Who Don't Like BW/WM Couples Are so Obvious...

First, these people were all celebrating that Paula left Robin and were practically gloating about it on social media, all cloaked behind some b.s. "Well I'm glad she's finally moving on! Good for her! Go find somebody better Paula who'll treat you like the queen you are!" Which is all code for "go find a black guy."

Well now she's with somebody who reportedly does treat her like a queen, but it's a white guy--on the down-low of course--and the exact same people are like "She's moving on too quick! What a ho!" And then of course my favorite "He looks too much like Robin!" Why? Because all white guys look alike? Isn't that what they're really saying? Of course it is...But it really serves these people right for thinking she would just naturally be with a black guy now that she's single.

P.S.--Just for the record, I do think she should have tried to work things out with Robin a lot more than she did, and the whole thing just felt like she wanted to be with somebody new and used her Good Wife moment as an excuse to get people on her side.

It's easy to take someone you've been with for two decades for granted--especially since Robin has actually been making music for most of that time--and we all make mistakes. Something like 75 percent of married men cheat during their marriage, and almost all of them aren't famous or good looking. Would another actor or athlete or music guy really be better? Probably not, and none of them were with Paula before she became "Paula Patton." I think there's something to be said for leaving the dance with the person who brought you, but I know most people don't see it that way. They're always looking for something better, and they somehow see that as some noble crusade against "settling for less than I deserve!" what do any of us really deserve besides waking up above ground tomorrow? There are no guarantees in this world.

Saying she should find someone better, and saying she has moved on too quickly, isn't exactly a contradiction. But let's say it is. How do you know they're the same people saying these things? Can you prove it?

And honestly, this whole racism thing seems to be all in your head.
