Is there a Matt Smith plush doll that wears a fez?

I collect Doctor Who merchandise and Matt Smith merchandise and I noticed that there is a variation of a Doctor Who talking plush doll of Matt Smith that has a different outfit and has a fez and I would like to know anything more about it? Does this other Matt Smith doll say the same phrases as the regular Matt Smith doll does and is the fez removable? Because I already have a Matt Smith plush doll and would like to get the fez for him to wear
