If you noticed, adults don't dress with cleavage revealing outfits.

ONLY teenage girls dress like that. Adults always cover up. Except maybe celebrity adult females .... because they are "putting on a show" when they appear for everyone to see... and have to look their best. And whether anyone wants to admit it or not, sexy = good looking = good show = happy audience.
