When does a movie first show up in IMDb's database?

Ariel started filming a new movie called "Dog Years" this week (with Burt Reynolds), but a search for it here came up empty.

Not sure when it will be up on IMDB, but I know a bit about it. It's shooting right now in Tennessee and Adam Rifkin is directing. Burt Reynolds is co-starring, and it has a great supporting cast. Hopefully they will add it to IMDB soon.

I just posted the same question because I'm looking for a producer who is working on the film. Very slacky, IMDB.
