Jason Mantzoukas is truly my dream man. He's so damn sexy as Dr. Steve in Transparent and is the funniest man on earth in the podcast How Did This Get Made?. I adore him.

I feel exactly the same way! He usually plays such scumbags, so it's nice to see him doing something that highlights his hotness. He's so funny and smart, which is irritable combination along with his wild hair and beard.
