In The Place Beyond the Pines & Brooklyn he has one of the thickest NY / Long Island accent I've heard in a movie not involving Mafia themes.

Haven't seen him in anything else so I'm not sure if it's fake or not. Does anyone know?

James Franco had a similar fake accent in City By the Sea.

I have seen him in Brooklyn and place beyond the pines, he talks the same.
