HA! I can't believe all this hate!

Jeeze, I came to this board to check it out and saw nothing but hate- what a joke! This guy has been making everyone laugh which is WHY he keeps getting jobs! And he got nominated for an Academy Award because he's a GOOD actor! Which has been proven because he got another nomination! He keeps getting hired in both comedy AND drama because he can still make people laugh AND show off his acting chops!

I mean, jeeze! The kid is still somewhat young and new to the Hollywood scene, testing out the waters in different areas. He's one of the few from that comedic crew that actually has some serious talent and is branching out!

All the people hating on him for being "a douche" is hilarious because the only examples people have of him being a douche are quotes he said that are either out of context or COMPLETELY sarcastic!

Everyone that worked with home loves him, thinks he's so nice and genuine. He's "America's Sweetheart"!

But seriously, no one who knows him has anything negative to say about him. Everyone loves to work with him repeatedly. He's STILL making people laugh, starring in successful films. He's STILL developing his acting chops, impressing the critics in the process, nabbing nominations and awards.

I mean, wow! All this hate.. what a joke! Keep it up, I guess. It's not hurting him or his career any.

Dude, there are millions of people in this world and only a few jackasses who think people actually want to hear their *beep* come on here and bitch. Doesn't make him bad in the least.

I thought the same thing. All these people with their ugly comments about his 'bad' acting and of all things, his appearance. Who cares whether he gains/loses weight? Does how you look increase your worth as a person? If you think he's a terrible actor, fine, don't watch his movies- but to base talent on someone's looks is petty and stupid.

Everybody has at least one bad habit, whether it's junk food, smoking, drinking, etc. Nobody's perfect. We are all human and we shouldn't be so hard on each other, or so judgemental of someone else.

Completely agree, OP. He's actually one of the nicest, most down to earth guys in Hollywood. I don't know where the whole smug douche image comes from.

People love to hate. I am guessing most of these people would be star struck if they actually met him. Easy to hide behind a keyboard and say crap about others.

For one he was talking to paparazzi.

I have several gay friends and they don't care.

Crazy thing is there are so many people making negative comments about him being Jewish ,yet slamming him for saying *beep* LOL stupid people.

He apologized and we move on.

How many of us if in the spotlight would not say things we regret? Want your life ruined because of some crap you said while pissed off?
