Should the people who voted for Obama pay reparations?

It seems logical, Obama and the democrats may have done irreversible damage to our economy and our stance in the world. I think the left should be held responsible for their actions and be taxed an extra 20% for the next 4 years while the people who did the responsible thing by voting McCain and Romney should get a 20% tax break.
