When I saw him in 'Eastwick' i thought it had to be Matthew Porretta, the dude who played Will Scarlet O'Hara in Robin Hood: Men in Tights.

While I watched 'Shrink' I kept wondering where Id seen him before, but its true, he just looks like that dude from Men in Tights.
He also reminds me of Eric Balfour.
shareAlthough it is far more apparent in motion than still photograph, he looks extremely similar to Mark Sheppard who played Attorney Romo Lampkin on Battelstar Galactica. What separates their appearance most is length of hair and an age difference of 17 years. They also have similar accents.
