Where was Clive in the movie Everest? I really like him as an actor, and try to catch all the movies he has been in.

I watched Everest twice, and never did see him in the movie, although he is in the credits.

The movie was hard to follow due to the darkness, clothing, and during the storm. It was hard to tell who was who with the exception of Jason Clark, Jake G, and a couple of other characters, but after watching twice I never did see Clive in the movie.

Can anyone let me know which scenes he was in? He was way down in the credits in order of appearance. In the book his character came along towards the end, but I never saw him.

Finally caught him with the IMAX group near the end of the movie. I liked it much better the second time, plus watched the commentary which covered all the controversy over all the bad judgments made by more than one person.

Clive really is a hiker and climber, and all the actors had to make it to base camp to film. This is pretty much Jon Krackauer's version. I've read other books and saw another movie on the tragic events, that was very different.
