Olivia Responds To Sleeping Her Way To The Top.

There have been a lot of people (myself included) who have suggested that maybe Olivia has had other curricular activities in getting all these T.V. and Movie jobs. Basically people thought she slept her way to the top. That's easy to judge considering how fast she's become so popular and all the acting jobs she's gotten in the last 3-4 years. She wrote this on IMDB and I'm pretty sure it's a response to the people making these claim.

I think that anyone who's out there trying to bring down why any woman would get anywhere, or why we're different, just needs to *beep* turn her *beep* computer off, take the sandwich out of her mouth and go for a goddamn *beep* walk. Sounds like she's a little pissed. Maybe she has a really good agent. She does have a unique look at well, so maybe her agent did get her ALL these jobs. I'm sure we'll never know unless a tell all book gets released. Olivia needs to relax and not let these little details get to her.

It's pretty sad all these *beep* on here will say she and other actresses *obviously* slept their way to the top but don't say the same thing about actors.

It's a *beep* double standard.

Olivia's been an actress since long before she did live TV hosting, she did a number of movies and TV shows both moderately successful and flops before she ever even did 1 hosting job. She paid her dues by actually going out and getting the jobs, she did commercials, she did modeling, she did everything. This "sudden rise to the top" isn't really "sudden" at all. Unless you consider 2004-2010ish "sudden". That's 6 years of hard work, she's a beautiful girl with a significant level of talent. She's got a great agent, at a major agency of course she's going to get jobs. So far she's never been the headliner in a movie, and most of her movies are not big hits except for maybe two so it's not like she's an A-List movie star yet, but she probably will be in the next couple of years.

I for one am excited for her, and proud of her. She's a genuine example of what it takes to make it in showbiz and that's called ambition and persistence. Haters will hate, and honestly it sounds like a bunch of people on this website are jealous. If you want to become a movie star, then for f's sake get to work and make it happen and leave other people alone. Everything I hear about this woman is positive, and nobody ever says anything like this in LA. She's just Olivia Munn and she's an actress, get over it.
